The Directors shall put an ordinary resolution to the shareholders to approve the continuation of the Company, in its then form, at the AGM of the Company in 2026 and thereafter at five yearly intervals. If, at any such meeting, such resolution is not passed, the Board shall, within nine months of such meeting, convene an EGM of the Company at which a special resolution shall be proposed to the members of the Company for the winding up of the Company.
