Management agreement
The annual management fee payable to the Investment Managers and Secretaries, Baillie Gifford & Co Limited, will be as follows: 0.75% on the first GBP 50m of NAV, 0.65% on the next GBP 200m of NAV and 0.55% on the remaining NAV. The fees are calculated on a quarterly basis. The management agreement is terminable on not less than three months notice.
