Management agreement
from 1 January 2025, the Company's management fee will be paid at the rate of 0.3% on the first 3.5bn of the market value of the Company (down from 4bn at present) and at 0.25% on the value of the Company between 3.5bn and 6bn. A new tier has been introduced, with a fee of 0.2% on market value above 6bn applying.
