Management agreement
The Manager has agreed to reduce the investment management fee payable by the Company to 1.0 per cent. per annum of NAV. Investment management fees have been allocated 75% to capital and 25% to revenue. The Contract between the Company and Investment Managers can be terminated by either party with 6 months notice.
