Management agreement
With effect from 1 May 2023, the Manager is paid a management fee at the rate of 0.55% per annum of the Company’s net asset value up to 750m, and at the rate of 0.5% per annum of the Company’s net asset value in excess of 750m, excluding any investments made in third party collective funds The fee is calculated and paid monthly. The fees have been allocated 75% to capital reserve in accordance with accounting policies. There is no performance fee. The management agreement is terminable on six months notice given by either party.
