Management agreement
The annual fee is 0.45% p.a. up to GBP100m and 0.40% p.a. over GBP100m of the net assets, calculated monthly and paid quarterly. The fee is allocated 50% to revenue and 50% to capital. The agreement is terminable on no less than notice period of 6 months from either side.
