Seraphim Space Investment Trust | ESG

This policy summarises our commitment and approach to integrating positive impact and ESG risk factors into our investment decisions and asset management processes and practices. In particular, we actively consider how each prospective portfolio company aligns with the SDGs as part of the investment decision and subsequent positive impact driven by such company. This policy has been approved by the partners of Seraphim Space Manager LLP and the Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc Board and applies to all assets in Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc from September 2022. This policy will be updated as necessary as we continue to make strides on our ESG journey and to reflect emerging regulations and best practices. It will in any event be reviewed on an annual basis.
