Management agreement
The aggregate management fee payable to the Investment Manager and the Operations Manager is 1 per cent of the equal weighting of (i) the average of the closing daily market capitalisation during each quarter and (ii) the published Net Asset Value for the quarter, in respect of the first GBP 1bn; 0.8 per cent in respect of the amount between GBP 1bn and GBP 2bn; 0.75 per cent in respect of the amount between GBP 2bn and GBP 3bn; and 0.70 per cent in respect of the amount in excess of GBP 3bn. These fees are payable by TRIG UK, less the proportion that relates solely to the Company’s advisory fees, which are payable by the Company. No performance or acquisition fees apply. The contract is terminable on 12 months’ notice.
