Management agreement
The aggregate management fee payable to the Investment Manager and the Operations Manager is 1% of the Adjusted Portfolio Value in respect of the first GBP 1bn of the Adjusted Portfolio Value, 0.8% in respect of the Adjusted Portfolio Value between GBP 1bn and 2bn, 0.75% in respect of the Adjusted Portfolio Value between GBP 2bn and 3bn and 0.70 % in respect of the Adjusted Portfolio Value in excess of GBP 3bn. These fees are payable by TRIG UK, less the proportion that relates solely to the Company, the advisory fees, which are payable by the Company.No performance or acquisition fees.The contract is terminable on 12 months notice.
