Management agreement
Manager receives a management fee of 0.5% p.a. of GA and no performance fee. Except in certain circumstances, the Management Agreement may only be terminated by the Manager on giving 12 months' notice in writing to the company. The company shall be entitled to terminate the agreement by notice in writing to the Manager forthwith, or as at the date specified in such notice. On receiving such notice, the Manager will be entitled to a termination fee of 1% of the GA of MUSCIT at the close of business on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the effective date of termination of the agreement.
