A continuation resolution will be proposed at the AGM in 2026 and every 3 years thereafter. If not approved, the Directors will within four months draw up alternative proposals such as unitisation or other reorganisation of the Company which will be voted upon by shareholders in a special resolution. If such resolution is not passed the Company will be wound up.
