Dividend policy
In order to maximise the capital return on the Balanced Risk Allocation Shares, the Directors only intend to declare dividends on the Balanced Risk Allocation Shares to the extent required, having taken into account the dividends paid on the other Share classes, to maintain the status of the Company as an investment trust under section 1158 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010.
