Management agreement
Management fee is charged at an annual rate of up to 1% of NAV of the Fund, after deducting investments in Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd, on which no management fee is charged. The Agreement is terminable by either party on not less than 12 months notice. There is no agreement between the Company and the Portfolio Manager concerning compensation in respect to the termination of the agreement.
