Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to a management fee with effect from Admission of 1% of the NAV up to a relevant NAV of EUR 1 bn; a management fee of 0.8% on the relevant NAV in excess of EUR 1 bn; 0.75% in respect of NAV over EUR 1,750 million. The Management Fee shall be paid quarterly in arrears. The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either party with not less than 12 months written notice.
