Management agreement
The Investment Adviser is entitled to receive an advisory fee equal to 1% p.a. of the NAV of the Company plus any applicable VAT. The fee is payable on the last Business Day of each month or on the date of termination of the Investment Advisory Agreement. The Investment Advisor agrees to reinvest its fees for a calendar quarter in circumstances where the Shares trade at any discount to the then-prevailing NAV per Share at the end of such quarter.The contract can be terminated by either party with 6 months notice.
