Management agreement
The investment management fee will be 0.75% p.a. of the value of funds under management. For funds under management in excess of EUR 400m, the applicable rate over such excess value will be 0.6%. Funds under management are calculated as the value of total assets less current liabilities (excluding borrowings) at the end of the preceding quarter. This fee is calculated quarterly and payable in advance.The contract can be terminated by the Company at any time by giving six months' notice of termination.
