Management agreement
The annual management fee is as follows: 0.70% on the first GBP 100m of net assets, 0.55% on the next GBP 900m of net assets and 0.50% for net assets in excess of GBP 1bn. The fee will be calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either the Company or the Investment Manager on not less than notice period of six months to the other party.
