Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to an annual management fee of 1.5% of the NAV accrued daily and payable within 14 days after each month end. The Investment Management Agreement will continue in force until terminated by the Investment Manager or the company giving to the other party thereto not less than 12 months notice in writing.
