Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to an investment management fee of 1.75% p.a. on the monthly NA up to USD 300m, 1.5% for NA between USD 300m and USD 600m; and 1% for NA more than USD 600m under management. The fee is payable monthly and is calculated by reference to the NAV at the end of the preceding month.
