Management agreement
With effect from 1 July 2021, the management fee will be 1.85% p.a. of NAV for the first USD 1.25bn of the Company's NAV, 1.65% p.a. for NAV between USD 1.25bn and USD 1.5bn and further reducing to 1.50% p.a. for NAV above USD 1.5bn. The Investment Manager is not entitled to a performance fee. The Contract is terminable on 24 months notice.
