Management agreement
Under the terms of the Investment Management Agreement the Investment Manager will be entitled to an annual fee, payable quarterly in arrear and calculated at the rate of: 1% p.a. of NAV for the NAV up to and including USD 500m; 0.9% p.a. of NAV for the NAV in excess of USD 500m and up to and including USD 1bn; and 0.8% p.a. of NAV for the NAV in excess of USD 1bn, based on the NAV on the last Business Day of the relevant quarter.
