Management agreement
The Portfolio Manager is entitled to a portfolio management fee paid monthly in arrears, at a rate of 0.75% p.a. of the lower of NAV, which is calculated as of the last business day of each month, or market cap of each class of shares. The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either party giving not less than 12 months notice.
