Management agreement
The Investment Manager receives an annual management fee which is calculated quarterly in arrears based upon a percentage of the last published Basic NAV of the company (not taking into account cash balances) as at 31-Mar, 30-Jun, 30-Sept, and 31-Dec in each year on the following basis: Up to and including GBP 250m - 1%; Above GBP 250m and up to and including GBP 500m - 0.9%; Above GBP 500m and up to and including GBP 1bn - 0.8%; Above GBP 1bn - 0.7%.

A measure, expressed as a percentage of NAV, of the regular, recurring costs of running an investment company.
