Management agreement
As of 01-Jan-19, the Company transferred substantially all of its holding into a newly-created share class of the Master Fund. The new share class will attract a lower management fee, the management fee will be reduced from 2.0% to 1.25% p.a.. Company does not pay the Investment Manager for its services as the Investment Manager is paid a management fee of 1.25% p.a. on the share of the company of the NAV of Master Fund and a general partner incentive allocation of 20% on the NAV growth invested in the Master Partnership of the Master Fund, subject to certain conditions and related adjustments, by the Master Fund. Agreement terminable on notice period of 24 months.
