Management agreement
Management fee payable quarterly in advance in respect of each quarter, such quarterly fee being equal to one quarter of 1.8% of the NAV of the Company as at the opening of business on the first business day of that quarter. The agreement is not for a fixed term, and may be terminated by either side giving not less than 12 months notice in writing.
