Management agreement
SVM Asset Management Limited provides investment management and secretarial services to the company. These services can be terminated without compensation at any time by giving notice of 1 year or an immediate payment of one year fees in lieu of notice. SVM Asset Management is entitled to a fee for these services, payable quarterly in arrears, equivalent to 0.75% p.a. (plus VAT) of the TA of the company less current liabilities.
