Management agreement
The company is managed by the Board of Directors. It is expected that the annual running costs of the Fund will be less than 3% of the NAV of Fund. The Commercial Advisory Committee will receive a 10% performance fee once returns to Shareholders by way of dividends and capital distributions exceed the sum of 80GBX per share. If such a performance fee is not triggered (as it has not been in this financial year) the hurdle, net of dividends paid, increments by a compound annual growth rate, applied quarterly. The hurdle is a compound 6% p.a. on any amounts below the latest hurdle still due to be paid to shareholders.
