Once the proceeds of the Initial Issue are fully committed, the Company expects the fees charged to the Company in respect of its portfolio of Social Impact Investments (and excluding the fees payable to the AIFM and the Portfolio Manager) to be a blended rate of approximately 1% p.a., depending on the make-up of the portfolio.
