Management agreement
The Manager is entitled to receive from the Company a management fee calculated and paid quarterly in arrears, at 0.6% p.a. of the quarterly cum income NAV. The Manager will be entitled to receive a Performance Fee, the sum of which will be equal to 15% of the amount by which the Private Equity Portfolio Total Return at the end of a Calculation Period exceeds the Performance Hurdle of 10% p.a.
