Management agreement
The fund management fee shall be paid quarterly in advance. Up to and including GBP 250m 1.0% of NAV, GBP 250m - GBP 500m 0.9% of NAV, GBP 500m - GBP 1bn 0.8% of NAV, above GBP 1bn 0.7% of NAV. 75% of the total Fund Management fee will be payable in cash and 25% of the total fund management fee will be payable in the form of Ords.
