Management agreement
Management agreement with Octopus Investments for a fee payable monthly in arrears at the rate of 2.0% p.a. of the NAV of the Company. Octopus is not entitled to any performance fee. The Management Agreement is for a fixed term of five years, and may be terminated by either party on 12 months notice thereafter.
