Management agreement
The Investment Manager will receive an annual fee of 0.75% NAV for Company NAV up to GBP 500m, and 0.7% between GBP 500m to 750m, and 0.65% between GBP 750m to 1b, and 0.6% above GBP 1b. There is not entitled to a performance fee.The contract is terminable on 6 months notice.
