Management agreement
There is no performance fee and the basic management fee is 0.90% p.a. of the amount of the Company’s market capitalisation up to GBP 500 m; 0.75% p.a. of the amount of the Company’s market capitalisation between GBP 500 m and GBP 750 m and 0.65% p.a. of the amount of the Company’s market capitalisation above GBP 750 m. Montanaro is also entitled to a fee of GBP 50,000 p.a. for acting as the Company’s AIFM. The agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than 6 months notice.
