Management agreement
The management fee is payable monthly in arrears and is at the rate of 0.9% p.a. where the market capitalisation is at or below GBP100m and 0.8% thereafter, calculated in respect of each calendar month, of the market capitalisation at the relevant calculation date.The 75% of the management fee payable is expected to be charged to capital and the remaining 25% to income. The contract is terminable at 12 months notice period.
