Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to a management fee payable by the Fund quarterly in arrears at a rate of 0.70% p.a. of the average NAV of the Fund calculated over the relevant quarterly period. Management and Administrator agreements are terminable on 90 days written notice.
