Block Listing Application

An application has been made by The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The above Ordinary Shares to be block listed may be issued pursuant to the Corporation's existing authorities to issue new ordinary shares on a non pre-emptive basis. These Ordinary Shares may be issued inter alia for the purposes of issuing shares for the Save As You Earn (SAYE) employee share scheme. When issued, these Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 am on 5 October 2023.
