Results of General Meeting
In connection with the proposals for a combination of the assets of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc ("JMF") with the Company, the Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed by way of a poll by shareholders at the General Meeting held today.
Resolutions 1 to 2 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolution 3 was proposed as a Special Resolution.
Details of the number of poll votes cast for, against and withheld in respect of the resolutions are set out below and will also be published on the Company's website:
