Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to receive a management fee of 1.25% p.a. of the lower of Total Assets or the average daily market capitalisation of the Company, calculated and payable monthly in arrears. The Investment Management Agreement continues in force until determined by the Investment Manager or the Company giving not less than 12 months’ notice to the other party.
