Management agreement
The Investment Manager is entitled to a management fee at a rate equivalent to 1% p.a. of the NAV paid quarterly in arrears based on the average NAV as at the last business day of each quarter ending January, April, July and October. The Investment Manager is also entitled to certain expenses incurred in carrying out its duties. No performance fee shall be payable. The Investment Management Agreement is for an initial period of 2 years from admission and will continue automatically thereafter but shall be terminable at any time by either the Investment Manager or the Company giving to the other not less than 12 months written notice.
