Management agreement
The Investment Adviser is entitled to a fee payable monthly in arrear calculated at the rate of: (i) one-twelfth of 0.85 per cent. per calendar month on that part of the NAV up to and including GBP500 million; (ii) one-twelfth of 0.75 per cent. per calendar month on that part of the NAV above GBP500 million up to and including GBP750 million; and (iii) one-twelfth of 0.65 per cent. per calendar month on that part of the NAV above GBP750 million. No performance fee is payable to the Investment Adviser.The Investment Advisory Agreement may be terminated on 12 months written notice.
