Management agreement
Management fees will be charged at 1% per annum, calculated on the average of 50% adjusted NAV and 50% market capitalisation, subject to a cap of 1% of adjusted NAV. Fees will continue to be charged quarterly. The market capitalisation will be based on the average daily closing during the quarter, while NAV will be determined at quarter-end
