Overview

GCP invests in UK infrastructure debt for projects that offer a human dimension, investing in assets that will be needed by the UK for many years to come, such as schools, social housing, energy generation and other assets of the UK’s social and economic infrastructure.

Our long-term approach enables us to engage with investee companies, borrowers and service providers on ESG matters and provides us with the opportunity to influence and promote positive change and best practice.

GCP believes that integrating ESG considerations into investment processes and ongoing portfolio management helps to create a successful and sustainable business generating enhanced value for our stakeholders.

Whilst overall ownership for ESG matters remains with the Board of GCP, the day-to-day provision of investment advice and management of the portfolio is provided by the Investment Adviser, Gravis Capital Management Limited (“Gravis”). Gravis have implemented an assessment of ESG characteristics for each investment submitted to the Board for approval. It ensures that GCP’s approach is integrated within all investment decisions and ongoing portfolio management.
