Purchase of Own Securities

On 24 June 2022, the Company purchased 40,840 ordinary shares at a price of 177.0188p.  The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 397,380,745 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue. Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc will hold 8,372,950 ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (397,380,745) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
