Management agreement
The company will pay DLC a management and advisory fee of GBP135,000 p.a. per Asset (adjusted annually for inflation from 2014 onwards at 2.5% p.a.), payable quarterly in arrear, save that DLC shall only become entitled to such fee in relation to each Asset following the acquisition of such Asset by the company and the fee for each Asset shall be calculated from the date of acquisition of that Asset. Doric receives a fee as at administration, 1) being the initial gross proceeds less the initial expenses of the Company (including the acquisition cost of the Asset and the payment of the placing commission), subject to a cap of 0.6532% of the Initial Gross Proceeds. Doric also receives a management and advisory; 2) a fee of 0.25% of the Bond Issue Proceeds.
