Management agreement
The Company will pay to the Investment Manager on a quarterly basis in arrears. The management fee of 0.9% of that amount of the NAV of the Company as at the relevant quarter day being less than or equal to GBP 200m divided by 4; plus 0.75% of that amount of the NAV of the Company as at the relevant quarter day in excess of GBP 200m but below GBP 500m divided by 4; plus 0.65% of the NAV of the Company as at the relevant quarter day which is in excess of GBP 500m divided by 4; plus 0.55% of the NAV of the Company as at the relevant quarter day which is in excess of GBP 750m divided by 4. The investment management agreement is for an initial term of three years, terminable by giving 12 months notice.
