Management agreement
Under the management arrangements, the management fee has been calculated at 0.7% p.a. on the first GBP 200m; 0.6% of the next GBP 300m; and 0.5% thereafter of the Company's adjusted NAV. The management fee is calculated and payable on a quarterly basis. The appointment of Brown Advisory and FundRock may be terminated by not less than six months' notice.
