The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 1 May 2024, at the offices of the Association of Investment Companies 9^th Floor, 24 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4YY. Shareholders will be able to submit questions to the Board and the Investment Manager, Asset Value Investors Limited ahead of the AGM and answers to these, as well as AVI's presentation, will be made available on the Company's website.
