Management agreement
Amedeo Services (UK) Limited has been appointed as Liaison and Administration Oversight Agent to the Group. In consideration for this service, the Group pays Amedeo Services GBP 10,250 p.a. adjusted annually for inflation from onwards, at 2.5 % p.a., payable annually in advance.
