The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held virtually at noon on 5 June 2024 via the Lumi platform. Information on how to participate in the live webcast can be found on the Manager’s website at www.albion.capital/vct-hub/agms-events. 

The Board welcomes questions from shareholders at the AGM and shareholders will be able to ask questions using the Lumi platform. Alternatively, shareholders can email their questions to [email protected] prior to the AGM.
