Management agreement
Management fee at 1.4% p.a. of the gross investment value up to GBP 1.25bn; 1.3% p.a. in respect of the portion of the gross investment value above GBP 1.25bn up to GBP 2.25bn; and 1.2% in respect of the portion of the gross investment value above GBP 2.25 bn. Performance fee at 20% of returns above a hurdle of 8% of the growth in NAV p.a. per share and subject to a high water mark requirement. The Investment Management Agreement is terminable on service of 12 months’ notice by either party.
