Management agreement
Management fee is calculated at a rate of 0.75% of NAV up to GBP 350m and 0.5% of NAV exceeding GBP 350m. The management agreement is terminable by the Company on three months notice or in the event of a change of control in the ownership of the Manager. The notice period required to be given by the Manager is six months.
